Monthly Tasks

Cleaning tasks:

  • Vacuum carpet and move furniture

  • Dust all surfaces, cubbies, equipment, ledges, corners, creases, desks, tables, tops of electric tracks on walls.

  • Sweep floors and destroy webs

  • Clean welcome mats and spray down mud trays

  • Wash windows

  • Mop floors

  • Clean kitchen appliances

  • Clean trash and recycle bins with soap and water outside

  • Organize ewaste and donation drop offs

Basement:

  • Check for water leaks and check appliances are functioning

  • Clean bathroom fixtures

  • Destroy webs in the bathroom and path to it

  • Dust bathroom window sill and ledges

  • Mop bathroom floor and path to it

  • Check drains are all functional

  • Replace consumables like soap, toilet paper, tissues, and other products

  • Clean out trash can outside with soap and water

  • Destroy cobwebs with broom in rafters, corners, walls, tables, and equipment

  • Dust off all equipment

  • Check lightbulbs

Weekly Tasks

  • Empty trash and recycling

  • Clear tables of clutter

  • Organize cables into bins

  • Clean spills and messes

  • Clean furniture if needed
