We're deciding by consensus that the previous cyberia governance docs are no longer binding, and we're going to expand the existing LZ consensus-based process to apply to everything

Kbots proposal for org document architechture: single git repo for all written rules, done in the open.

ixex volunteers to be in the new org bylaws stewardship group
