* Prepared financial statements for Congress meetings

* Disperses funds in accordance with Congress & tax code

* Keeps non-private financial information public

* Prepares & Submits an end of year financial report to Congress

* May disperse up to $200 without approval, and shall report such expenses to Congress

* May appoint branch cashiers - dedicated financial officers within a branch - if reporting can't be handled by the HEAD

* Keeps all books and accounts
