- Starless has decided to donate the cost of the paint, the club will reflect this donation. 
- This motion has been tabled. 

2. Vote to make Sanine a voting member
-Starless makes a motion to approve Sanine as a voting member, zico seconds the motion. Vote passes via straw poll.

- Discussion on whether or not we should raise the discretionary funds ceiling for goods for the physical space. 

    - We think this should maybe be discussed at the regular congress meeting in January.

    - Cas suggests pre-approving funds up to a certain amount if we'd like for the physical space, and will have some specific proposals ready for January.
